Arrive AI Inc.

Arrive AI Inc. is an early-stage technology company focused on designing and implementing a commercially viable smart mailbox and platform system. This system facilitates the smart, secure, and seamless exchange of packages, goods, supplies, food, and medications between people using robots and drones. The company was incorporated on April 30, 2020, in Delaware as Dronedek Corporation. It changed its name to Arrive Technology Inc. on July 27, 2023, and subsequently to Arrive AI Inc. on September 27, 2024. Arrive began conducting commercial operations in 2025 and reported no revenues for prior fiscal years. On May 26, 2020, Arrive executed an exclusive patent license agreement with its CEO, Daniel O'Toole, which was amended in December 2024 and March 2025. This agreement grants Arrive rights to use, sell, manufacture, and commercialize certain technologies related to secured drone delivery ALM mailboxes in exchange for license fees. The company ceased to be a "controlled company" within the meaning of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC listing rules on or around April 9, 2026.
