We are a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing new immunotherapy treatments for various cancers. We have created two adaptable platform technologies, ADAPTIR™ and ADAPTIR-FLEX™, for designing precise immune-modulating drugs. We currently have two drug candidates in clinical trials and six in preclinical development. Our clinical candidate, mipletamig, is a CD123xCD3 T cell engager. It is being evaluated in the RAINIER trial, which is part one of a Phase 1b/2 program that started in August 2024. This trial is for treating frontline acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) when combined with standard treatments venetoclax + azacitidine. Our other clinical candidate, ALG.APV-527, targets 4-1BB (a co-stimulatory receptor) and 5T4 (a tumor antigen). This compound is designed to reactivate T cells to specifically kill tumor cells and is being evaluated for multiple solid tumor types, potentially including breast, cervical, non-small-cell-lung, prostate, renal, gastric, colorectal, and bladder cancers. All eight molecules (two clinical and six preclinical) were developed using our wholly-owned ADAPTIR™ and ADAPTIR-FLEX™ protein technology platforms. These platforms allow us to efficiently design and create new molecules. Based on the safety and tolerability results from mipletamig, which uses a unique CRIS-7 binding domain, we have expanded our CD3 engaging portfolio to five molecules. Our ADAPTIR and ADAPTIR-FLEX platforms are designed to generate single-target (monospecific) and multi-target (multi-specific) antibody candidates that can enhance the human immune system against cancer cells. Both are modular platforms, providing flexibility to generate immunotherapeutic candidates with various mechanisms of action. Multi-specifics are designed to help the immune system find and attack cancer.
