The company operates principally in the United States, India, and Ireland. Amneal Pharmaceuticals is a holding company. Immediately prior to a reorganization on November 7, 2023, the company held 50.4% of the common units of Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC, while the Amneal Group held the remaining 49.6%. On November 7, 2023, the company reorganized its corporate structure, converting to a traditional C-corporation structure. Effective with this reorganization, Amneal Pharmaceuticals holds 100% of the Amneal Common Units and continues to consolidate the financial statements of Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC and its subsidiaries. Prior to March 2023, the company had a minority economic interest in Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC but was its sole managing member, controlling its business decisions and management.
