ALMS·NASDAQ·Life Sciences·CIK 0001847367

Alumis Inc. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing targeted therapies to improve the lives of patients by replacing broad immunosuppression. The company's name is inspired by "allumer," French for illuminate, and "immunis," Latin for the immune system, reflecting its mission to enlighten immunology. Alumis's primary focus is on two Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitors: envudeucitinib ("envu"), formerly known as ESK-001, and A-005. Envu is a second-generation inhibitor designed to maximize target inhibition and optimize tolerability. It is currently being evaluated in an ongoing Phase 2 open-label extension (OLE) trial and a Phase 3 long-term extension (LTE) trial for patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis (PsO). Envu completed enrollment in the pivotal Phase 3 ONWARD1 and ONWARD2 clinical trials in PsO patients, with positive topline results reported in the first quarter of 2026. Alumis plans to submit a New Drug Application (NDA) for envu in PsO to the FDA in the second half of 2026. Additionally, envu is in a Phase 2 clinical trial for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), with topline results expected in the third quarter of 2026. The company is also evaluating envu for additional immune-mediated disease indications beyond PsO and SLE. A-005 is a central nervous system (CNS) penetrant allosteric TYK2 inhibitor. Its Phase 1 program in healthy volunteers was initiated in April 2024, with initial results reported in December 2024. Alumis is evaluating A-005 for CNS and peripheral diseases. Through the ACELYRIN Merger, Alumis acquired lonigutamab, a subcutaneously delivered, monoclonal antibody targeting IGF-1R for the potential treatment of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). Alumis is evaluating the development program for lonigutamab. The company was incorporated on January 29, 2021, as a Delaware corporation.
