The Industrial segment provides on-site services for new plant construction, additions, maintenance turnarounds, shutdowns, and emergency mobilizations for industrial operations, primarily in the Southeast region of the U.S. This may include fabricating, delivering, and installing metal components like piping systems and pressure vessels. The Teledata segment delivers project management, construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and emergency response services for power distribution, information, communications, and data networks. Its customers are commercial and industrial organizations, along with state and federal government agencies, mainly in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. Argan was organized as a Delaware corporation in May 1961 and operates as a holding company, providing strategic oversight to its independent subsidiaries.
