PAVmed Inc. is a diversified commercial-stage life sciences company operating in the medical device, diagnostics, and digital health sectors. The company operates through multiple independently financed subsidiaries under a shared services model. Its subsidiaries include Lucid Diagnostics Inc., a commercial-stage cancer prevention medical diagnostics company, and Veris Health Inc., a majority-owned digital health company. PAVmed is the largest voting stockholder of Lucid Diagnostics. Lucid Diagnostics markets the EsoGuard® Esophageal DNA Test and EsoCheck® Esophageal Cell Collection Device, focusing on patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) who are at risk of developing esophageal precancer and cancer, including esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC). Veris Health focuses on improving personalized cancer care during treatment and throughout survivorship through digital health tools and the development of an implantable physiological monitor designed to interface with the Veris Cancer Care Platform. PAVmed is also developing a medical device portfolio, which includes its PortIO implantable intraosseous vascular access device and recently licensed endoscopic imaging technology from Duke University.
