We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing gamma-delta T cellular therapy product candidates and gamma-delta T cell engagers (TCEs) for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Gamma-delta T cells are naturally occurring immune cells that can regulate immune responses and differentiate between healthy and diseased tissue. These cells link innate and adaptive immunity, contributing to direct tumor-killing and immune cell recruitment and activation. Studies have shown the tumor-killing ability of gamma-delta T cells and better outcomes in cancer patients with elevated levels of these cells. Recent 2024 literature indicated that gamma-delta T cell levels predict better survival in melanoma patients treated with checkpoint inhibitors and leukemia patients treated with chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapies. We develop ex vivo expanded and activated gamma-delta T cell candidates and TCEs using our DeltEx™ platform, which includes our expertise in gamma-delta T cell biology, proprietary genetic engineering, and cell-type specific manufacturing capabilities. Our platform uses allogeneic, autologous, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC), and genetically modified cell therapy approaches, as well as TCEs designed to identify and eradicate tumor or target cells.
