Coherus Oncology, Inc. is a commercial-stage oncology company focused on innovative cancer treatments. The company's primary product is LOQTORZI® (toripalimab-tpzi), an approved next-generation programmed death receptor-1 ("PD-1") inhibitor. LOQTORZI was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") on October 27, 2023, for the first-line treatment of adults with metastatic or recurrent locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma ("NPC") in combination with cisplatin and gemcitabine. It is also approved as a monotherapy for adults with recurrent unresectable, or metastatic NPC with disease progression on or after platinum-containing chemotherapy. LOQTORZI, an anti-PD-1 antibody, was developed in collaboration with Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd. and launched in the U.S. on January 2, 2024. It is currently the only FDA-approved immune checkpoint inhibitor for these NPC indications commercially available in the United States.
