We specialize in T cell engagers, which are used in oncology and are now being applied to autoimmune diseases. Our clinical-stage pipeline is built on a scientific approach and innovation, aiming to deliver new standards of care for patients. In Immunology, we are developing CLN-978, a CD19xCD3 bispecific T cell engager for autoimmune diseases. The Phase 1 OUTRACE Program is evaluating CLN-978 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and Sjögren's disease (SjD). The OUTRACE SLE Study is a global Phase 1 clinical trial for moderate to severe SLE. The OUTRACE RA Study is a Phase 1 clinical trial for active, difficult-to-treat RA, ongoing in Europe. The OUTRACE SjD Study is a global Phase 1 clinical trial for active, moderate to severe Sjögren's disease. We are also developing Velinotamig, a BCMAxCD3 bispecific T cell engager for autoimmune diseases. Chongqing Genrix Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Genrix), our licensor, is conducting a Phase 1 clinical trial in China for autoimmune diseases, starting with SLE and planning future expansion. We plan to use this data to accelerate global clinical development and will conduct all further development of velinotamig in autoimmune diseases after Genrix completes its Phase 1 trial. In Oncology, our program includes CLN-049, a FLT3xCD3 bispecific T cell engager.
